Pamela is a bilingual professional with extensive international experience across consulting, international development and project management. Her professional experience includes: audit and tax consulting (PwC, Accra); Africa-focused private sector development (OECD, Paris) and managing complex international projects (TOTAL, Paris).

She assists clients in making efficient business decisions and to receive value for money, as well as to expand into new ventures and markets. She also contributes research papers on various economic policies and aspects of engaging the private sector in emerging markets, particularly in Africa. Her areas of speciality include economic policy, trade and investment, private sector development and project and performance management.

 

Pamela is fluent in English and French. She holds a master’s degree in Development Economics and International Development from Sciences Po in Paris and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and French.
